Bio: David Niddrie (he/him) is a full-time, Vancouver-based photographer specializing in brand lifestyle, commercial studio and editorial. David began his practice as a photojournalist (SAIT ’00) shooting for daily newspapers in Alberta before moving west as Staff Photographer for Adbusters Magazine. Following that, he was Photo Editor for a weekly newspaper on the North Shore, then worked with Momentum Magazine for almost ten years with his final position as Creative Director / Lead Photographer. David has been working professionally in Vancouver for 23 years with ongoing interests in photojournalism (urban mobility/environment/social justice), environmental portraiture, branding & commercial studio, travel & event, art direction, fine art production, editorial writing & creative film.
